Meet the Doctors
Dr. Moise Nawlo is a dentist and implantologist in Brooklyn, NY, at Noah Smile Group. He is known for his expertise and dedication to the science and practice of dentistry. He continually strives to be on the cutting edge of his profession, in terms of technical proficiency, clinical skills, and patient care.
Dr. Nawlo received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry. He continued his studies at The Pankey Institute, a world-renowned provider of advanced dental education, completing The sleep medicine training at the institute. To strengthen his credentials, he earned certifications in Conscious Sedation and performing the LANAP® Protocol (Laser-Assisted New Attachment Procedure), the only FDA-approved laser treatment for periodontal disease. He has been a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) since 2005.
believer in the power of dentistry to change lives, Dr. Nawlo has participated in humanitarian missions to the Dominican Republic, and Cuba where he placed implants for patients in poor and underserved areas. Whether on a mission or in private practice, he takes time to engage with everyone he treats and takes pride in restoring beautiful smiles.
Dr. Nawlo holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Yeshiva University. An active member of his synagogue, he enjoys boxing, running, and traveling with his wife.

Edward Chalouh is a dentist, cosmetic dentist, and dental pain specialist serving the community of New York, NY. Dr. Chalouh attended New York University, where he received his dental degree.
Dr. Chalouh is a member of the international Congress of Oral Implantologists and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Chalouh is a physician at Noah Dental, where he sees patients for a variety of reasons, including fillings, veneers, crowns, bridges, and sealants.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Chalouh enjoys nature seeing, traveling, playing, and watching sports. Dr. Chalouh is trilingual in English, Arabic, and Hebrew.
Dr. Chalouh helps patients receive the treatment they need. During his consultations, he explains patients' conditions and helps them choose an appropriate treatment plan.
